We hope you loved your items as much as we do but if they weren’t right for you we have an easy and convenient returns process.
How do I return an item from the UK?
Standard returns policy is 21 days for online orders.
Your return may be rejected if items fail to be in a resalable condition.
Items must be in their original condition and include all tags.
As part of our effort to reduce our carbon footprint we have now gone paperless! Items must be returned via our online portal above and will be subject to the return charge detailed.
Your invoice is attached to your order dispatch email.
Your will receive an email confirmation of your return. Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued via your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
We do not accept returns on Whip&Woo items. If you have recieved a faulty item, please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to help you.

How do I return an item from the Rest of World?
Pack up your returns safely and securely (this doesn’t have to be the original packaging).
Use portal link above to register your return.
Select your preferred choice of carrier.
You will be prompted to make payment for the shipping label upfront.
Label your parcel and ship back to us following the carrier instructions.

As a sister company of Yours Clothing, you can easily return any unwanted items to a Yours Clothing store. You will need your dispatch email and we will be able to offer you a refund.
Returns made to all Yours Clothing stores will be FREE for up to 6 items. Additional items will then be charged at £1 per item which will be deducted from your refund.
